The Association of Practicing Certified Public Accountants (APCPA) is an educational organization that sponsors E-Mail Tax Rap sessions as well as monthly tax rap sessions, holds formal and informal meetings and workshops in the DC area and publishes a newsletter and a content-rich web site for its members.
